The food was really good we actually got surprised. Way better than many fine dine restaurants in Sydney.The appetisers were really interesting and delicious.The staff was very friendly and professional.Prices were reasonable.If you like seafood you should def try this out.A rare 5 star!

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Josie Our waitress was outstanding with her knowledge of the menu. (Not sure how she remembered every little ingredient, amazing) The Chefs tasting menu was awesome, every plate had it's own unique flavours. The trout sausage were next level.. All the staff were great as well, very attentive. If you want some great food with great service this is the place be. Thank you we will be back, love supporting our local businesses.

Bookings was easy, the staffs were fantastic and knowledgeable. Thank you Coral for making adjustments to our bookings, you are so warm and welcoming. And Ella, the wait staff running off the specials with aplomb and service was quick and efficient. And to the Chefs and kitchen staffs who gave us delicious food. Will be back when we come to Port Macquarie again . 5 star..

We were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation for dinner at Bill's whose reputation was amazing. It lived up to its reputation. The food was 11/10 including the cocktail special for the day. The service was prompt and efficient and personable. The atmosphere was great. Full restaurant but not noisy and no one was too close. It's obviously at the higher end cost wise but definitely worth it when you have a special occasion or something to celebrate.

One of our best dining experiences ever! Would rate 10 stars for the food if possible! Had delicious grilled Octopus and Cantonese squid as a starter, then Swordfish with Roasted Pumpkin and Kingfish with potatoes, tomatoes and Zucchini mash. Very friendly and attentive service.

We were seeking a treat to ourselves and decided to book this place to try it out. We selected the outside deck seats so we can enjoy fresh air and hopefully a view. Little do we know the view were parked cars and passing busses ha! It’s fine - we didn’t mind at all and still liked the outside sitting. We ordered some drinks to start. I had the mojito which was so refreshing and not madly alcoholic. We had oysters to start. A variety of flavours were on offer, including one with soy infusion. In the end though, we still prefer the natural ones (good to try though). They were also very visually appealing. Both of our main were absolutely amazing. The skin on the fish were so crispy and the meat were done so perfectly. The food were very wholesome and suits the relaxing vibes of Port Macquarie. Staff members were also super friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant when you visit Port.

Read my review and go to bills fishhouse!We got the following dishes: oysters, Yamba prawns, kingfish ceviche, swordfish sashimi, tuna taco, barramundi and buns.Drinks: espresso Martini, coconut mojito, jungle somethingWe are from Sydney and we love fine dining. Our favourite restaurant was so far 'koi' at broadbeach but no longer after we visited bills. I am absolutely speechless of how incredible the food was. I am the kind of person who is so hard to please with food and i really want to empathise this here because the dishes were a master creation. Each dish had an insane flavour palette, each dish was extremely generously served ( especially compared to Sydney). This is my favourite restaurant now and I somehow have to plan to come back to Port Macquarie just because of bills. Thank you for making Nye unforgettable with your food!Give the chef a raise!
