Hosted a birthday here and was so happy with the whole process, easy to communicate with, informative and function packages are flexible. Everyone had a great time, food and drinks were prompt and all delicious. Big thank you to the staff who were nothing but helpful and kind, thank you for making our night a great night.

The Palace Arcade - Victoria Park
This place is a fantastic trip down memory lane to my childhood (except that didn't involve good food and alcohol). With no covid restrictions here at the moment meant a QR code sign in and some hand sanitiser but not much else. There are plenty of tables to sit around to eat, drink, chat etc when you are not off playing the loads of video games and pinball machines which you can add credits to via a swipe card that can be purchased at the bar. Depending on the value you put on the card it also comes with free games and the credit can also be used for food and drinks as well. Have to mention the food which was very good. Not lots of options but quite tasty. I have to say that the 2 guys that were on today were so friendly and helpful. The only bad things I can say is that when you play the pinball machines and swipe the card it takes 2 credits so saw lots of kids swipe and only play 1 game then leave with a game to play. The other is that there was no Galaga which is my favourite game. But all in all was a great time.

We’ve come here a few times and have always loved the atmosphere!Staff have always been friendly and one of the few places in vic park that offer food late into the night.Last time our pizza had a bit too much sauce which made it a little sickening to eat, but the previous times before that, they have been great!

The Palace Arcade - Victoria Park
3 months ago, is the last I was here with $50 on 1 card, and a different venue made me purchase a different card, when I was there. Anyways, apparently their data system lost all information on these cards some how, and the staff were annoyed at me for not knowing the exact amount on each card, and gave me 2 cards with 20 plays each, and that was that. How does a company have seperate cards and systems for each venue, that fail so severely money is lost, but don't email users or at least have a system in place to deal with the problem?

Great food, great cocktails and brilliant ambience. The set up is that of a Pinball Parlour.Takes me back to the 70 and 80’s - loved it.The staff were super inviting , great customer service and very helpful.A must go to destination.
