Lovely pharmacy with extremely helpful staff. Tarryn was wonderful and assisted me in booking my daughter in for her vaccination. The process was a breeze! Helpful staff checked us in on the day and Sophie the vaccinating pharmacist was amazing at making both myself and my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. We left with no tears and a big smile! We are so very grateful to have this wonderful community pharmacy close to us. Sophie has been our family pharmacist for over 15 years. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her staff who are always friendly, courteous and highly professional. I have particularly noticed the special effort they go to for older members of our community including my own parents-in-law. They know their customers by name and are compassionate and caring in approach. Sophie you are highly valued by all your local regular clients. Every time I see the picture of your smiling face on the side of your building it reminds me how lucky we are to have a local dedicated family pharmacist who is so kind, knows her clients and cares for them as individuals. I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. It is in regards the absolutely wonderful top notch service that was provided to my elderly father Frank for many many years by this Pharmacy.. He said many times , that the staff went out of their way to help him and were always absolutely welcoming and friendly. Thank you.

Such a lovely friendly team- I had my booster shot here last month and it was a quick easy professional experience. They also have a fantastic selection of gift shop items which were a delight to browse as I waited my 15 minute observation period. A very convenient location and easy parking.

Our family repeatedly returns to Coorparoo Discount Pharmacy because of the pharmaceutical expertise, the time taken to explain new medications and possible issues. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gift shop area is worth a browse. I also love the refresh of the external signage with professional images. Well done.

Sophie and the team have been an extremely beneficial service to the local community. Not only have they provided COVID vaccines to many over the last year, they are now backing up again to provide Influenza shots. Responding quickly to the recent announcements of free shots has put a lot more stress on the day to day operations. Thank you. You are appreciated.

Sophie and the team hit the ball out of the park time andtime again.A fabulous pharmacy serving the community with professional service and a friendly and supportive attitude.The team go above and beyond in their efforts to help the community, and provide fabulous communication too.Thanks to fantastic social media communication I know exactly when products I like are available, when I can get an appointment for a vaccine, buy my beautiful earrings or grab the essentials.Also scored the rarest product ever today. I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Sophie the owner and pharmacist of Coorparoo Discount Pharmacy the last 4-5 months. She is such a delightful, friendly and personable woman with a heart for her customers. Her pharmacy is clean and stocked with everything you might need and the staff is friendly and professional. It's no surprise it's the busiest pharmacy in the area!
