Staff submit lower fuel prices on petrol spy app when you get there prices are 20c a litre higher. If you submit the correct price they resubmit lower prices again scammers

Can't read fuel prices. Staff not friendly. Asked if I could add my rewards after paying as the BPme app didn't work. No assistance? 1 star for trying.

I filled my Ute up over 100 litres, I needed to transfer money I couldn’t get into my bank, so I had to pay half card half cash. In total it was over $150. So I asked the woman at counter if it was ok to pay half cash half card. She was so RUDE to me, demanding me to give her the cash first before paying on the card. She treated me as if I was a CRIMINAL, I said to her nicely why speak to me like that you are just rude I told her, she didn’t care she just wanted the money, I will never go back to this BP. Absolutely RUDE WOMAN manager needs to sack her……

Complete racist to Australians, The lady here have given my partner nasty look's over the counter and has ignored him multiple times when he needed to be served. We are locals so I definitely telling friends about these racist individuals.

The middle age woman who looks like she has been smoking a pack a day since seven is a SNARKY B!TCH.I asked if there was a problem with the pump as it was not pumping (I thourght I could have been my car) and resived belittling rant.All other staff have been polite and professional.
