Style Society Boutique

Went in today with my toy poodle which I was holding . Was interested in buying a dress knew my size was going to buy it without trying it on as the style was what I was looking for. My sister in law met me in store to buy a dress in black for her daughters 21st. After having the dress taken from me by one assistant who just walked away put. It on a rack at the back of counter and left. Another lady instore said she has a phobia of dogs no offer to be served by her so we walked out bought dresses online from another store. Why go instore if u get this sort of service??????!?

Looking for a dress for special family occasion - range of evening dresses was ok but I felt completely bullied by the two sales staff involved. High pressure selling at its worst.

I have been to style society on numerous occasions and have always received such great customer service! Isabella was so helpful when i came in to find a dress for my baby shower, she was so accommodating, made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what i was after! Such a great store for a casual shop or after something particular for an event! I never leave empty handed! Will be back for sure!

I went meticulously through several boutiques in the area looking for Black Tie event gowns and Linea Moda was easily the only one that I felt I would return to. The selection was immaculately chosen with great taste and discretion and many items seemed unique to this store. The staff was very patient, friendly and helpful, and without any pressure to buy. I noticed in many items that I did find in other stores that the prices were considerably better than any of the other boutiques that had the same line. Most importantly, I would like to stress the elegance and variety of the selection that ranged in age suitability and level of formality but never varied in elegance. Even though it was not one of the biggest collections I had seen, there was not one item in the store that was not completely gorgeous. This is my first time posting for anything, and I am only doing so because I simply had to share my find of this gem of a shop.

Dissappointed in the customer service

Was in here about a month ago - older woman working there was unbelievably rude. Tried something on that clearly fit and her first reaction was 'God no that doesn't fit'. Acted like my being there was an inconvenience to her and was very standoffish. Overall had a terrible attitude and will definitely not return ever again!

We weren't able to find what we were looking for, however, we did not leave empty handed. Fantastic service and suggestions. Today was the first time I've seen my Mum buy something nice purely for herself, in years. Thank you.
