such a horrible experience with the 'newer' older female pharmacist. She was so rude when I was asking questions about a product for my daughter - wouldnt even make eye contact with me when talking...it was so rude, never will I go back there!

Agree with other reviews, the older pharmacist is extremely rude, has no time for customers and stopped assisting me without a word when another member of staff required substantial help to use the point of sale system.

Some of the bad reviews from a year or more ago were accurate at the time but this place has changed for the better. The customer service has improved dramatically and they will go above and beyond to help in store or over the phone.
