Went through the drive through and only had a short wait. The food actually looked like it was meant to look not like a lot of maccas stores this days. The staff were friendly aswell.

The dumbest bunch of staff and management that any fast food chain has ever seen. Order is wrong every time, the food is chucked together like a 2 year old makes it and the management could not give a stuff. Absolutely pathetic.

Non existent customer service, went to counter to be served and this appeared to be a great annoyance for the staff, who also failed to provide a receipt. Not provided the correct sauce or spoon, when asked for these this was also an extreme annoyance for the staff member who has a lack of respect for customers.

Absolutely hopeless. No egg in one burger 3 coffees wrong. Complained to vic office and went back myself. No money back. Vouchers instead but my family wont go there anymore. Always getting orders wrong and burgers tasting like they are a day old!

McDonald's Management really needs to look at Wendouree Maccas.Order forgotten (ordered via app for table service). I went to counter and looks like they forgot to start order. When we received order bacon and egg McMuffin luke warm, pancakes cool, the coffee had been sitting there for some time , and orange juice then forgotten, no serviettes. Then hash browns they were going to bring out they forgot.What is going on. I respect McDonald's for Ronald McDonald House. But, in past few years McDonald's service is lacking. You are taking your customers for granted.I don't blame the staff, ownership is on the managers to set and lead the standard they expect.I came here to have a breakfast with my son to celebrate the first day of holidays. And this is the experience I gave my son. Disappointing!

Have been a regular customer to this franchise. I don't know if it has management but it is definitely off standard. Food is always cold sitting on the front counter with lots of user sitting with them.We generally eat in wait to find out it is cold.Had a cone that was full of water like an icy pole.You need to lift your game. We have taken our business elsewhere

Beef patties are half the size and they take orders from only one drive through and let you sit and wait until you give up and have to order at the window.If prices aren't bad enough, food and service are also in great need of improvement. Lucky to get me to go back. Long live Hungry Jack's.

Has the full McDonald's menu offering and a built in cafe. Toilet facilities are relatively well maintained and the kids playground and party area is really good. The staff let the place down on this occasion. For the number of staff on hand (sat morning) the wait times and service was very poor. Most of the staff (many late teens early 20s) were more interested in casual chats with each other (especially in the cafe and back of house area) than serving customers. I watched an elderly gentleman repeatedly call out (politely) to a cafe staff member walking passed. He must have asked four times and she just ignored him. In summary a good venue but let down by the customer service on this occasion.
