Who are unhappy with your service.I am not the one who came for a pink slip and have the faulty tires.My whole family came to you for the service as recommended by a friend. But every single one of us are having issues and now you guys will blocked the reviews for this account as you have done for the other one.But, i recommend everyone not to visit this mechanic they are not worth at all.

Over the holiday period, as my usual repairer was closed, I took a chance on this place to have my car checked and repaired as they quoted a reasonable amount to replace shocks, tyres and brake pads. However, I had a terrible experience with them. After handing over the car to them yesterday, they promised to fix by yesterday evening itself and so I called them to check to confirm that the car is fixed before going to pick up. Upon arriving and inspecting the car, I was horrified to find out that not only the previous car noise had not gone away but there was a new noise coming from the car as the one of the new shocks was not properly installed! Also, the rear brake pads had not even replaced which was supposed to be a part of the original job. I had to wait for 2 hours while multiple mechanics tried to diagnose the issue until the owner was finally able to fix it late evening. The owner also promised to fix the rear brake pads the next day and gave me word that he wouldn't charge me for the inconvenience that had been caused to me. Next day, I go and pick up the car and it had finally been actually fixed so I happily went home. To my horror, I get a call from the owner's brother asking why I didn't come back and pay the required charges for the brake pads. I was forced to pay for the brake pads and also on top extra charges for fixing rotors which I hadn't even been advised prior at all. Overall, I am a very unhappy customer and would not be coming back for sure. Their communication was simply horrible!
