I paid 385$ for 167xxxkm service, a month later I've had to go to another local repair shop and its costs me another 253$ to clean my spark plugs and clean idle valve. The receptionists are rude and the new mechanic said it should have already been done in the service. Won't be back.

BETTER THAN SANTA HIMSELF THIS YEAR!!Highly recommend.After waiting nearly 5 months at another dealership for the same car I rang the team here at Pickerings Mt Isa. Within minutes they gave me a video facetime of the vehicle they had in stock, they had the paperwork drawn up, the cars transport arranged and the whole process complete within the hour to have the car arrive in Cairns over the next week or 2.On top of it all the attitude about it (even with me being so full on about trying to secure the vehicle before others) was great and they were happy to help me.Thankyou to the team !- Ken and Kayleigh

I had a brilliant experience purchasing a vehicle from Pickering Mount Isa.

They made the entire process easy. Which was considering we had been let down by another tyre shop in town

Had a warranty service today. Staff were great, getting me in and out quickly. Excellent service and friendly staff.

I flat out refuse to do business of any kind with Pickering in Mount Isa. I have had a couple bad experiences with them.1. Sales Staff when I first moved to town I needed a car. The sales staff was less than friendly so we ended up buying from a different dealer. We gave them the benefit of a doubt on this occasion.2. Our ute had serious electrical issues so we towed it to Pickerings as it is a ute they sale and service. They ended up disconnecting all aftermarket electronics and replacing the IPDM (intelligent power distribution module). The ute ran again but I no longer had trailer brakes, spot lights, fog lights, or UHF. I was fine with this and agreed to hook everything back up myself. When I got home I discovered they had removed and kept relays and cut several of my aftermarket harnesses. When I went back and questioned them they lied to me. They claimed they had not cut anything and gave me a box with my old IPDM and a few relays. The relays they gave me where incorrect and a different brand to the ones I had installed in the ute.I know they are able to work some good deals or car sales; however, I would not trust them and I recommend you stay as far away from Pickerings as you can.

Have been twice with no service. Not even a hello or glimpse when walking in and around. Won't try again, will buy our car in Townsville.
