I have never been to an environment more relaxing than SoHo Yoga. I had my first ever yoga experience here and felt so welcome. I really enjoyed my experience and I couldn't recommend it more :)

I have never been that into yoga, but I knew that if my mum had found a place she loved I would to! SoHo has a fantastic vibe, walking up into the loft studio is beautiful and relaxing at anytime of the day. The teachers always accommodate for every yogie and make it easy to follow. Poses flow from one to the other making it easy to get into each and really feel the stretches. I would definitely recommend SoHo to anyone experienced or just starting yoga. Love it!

I have been going to the studio for 1 year now. Amanda and her team are wonderful. The Fortitude Valley studio is gorgeous with high timber ceilings and where I go to reset. Definitely go along! They offer more than classes but also take you through meditation and energy systems. I am starting yoga teacher training with Miriam one of their teachers. Love Soho. xo
