I'm not unfamiliar with pink patties but the inside of this beef burger was COLD.I don't think I'm game enough to eat it...

Bit dry and tasteless, very little chicken, hardly any sauce. Disappointing for $12.50. If I wasn’t starving I’d have returned this. Edible but not enjoyable.

We thought we would give this place a chance. Ordered via Uber and what we received was very disappointing.Snack Box - photo has garlic and chilli. What we received was bbq sauce and garlic. No salt and the beef is chunky, not shaved and the texture is like eating what I would imagine fake meat would taste likeKebab - a little garlic sauce and no other sauce. Once again beef is chunky and not the texture is really off puttingHalf a chicken - really disappointed with this. The chicken looks like it was oven roasted and nothing like a charcoal chicken. The breast quarter was not eatable as it was dry and the skin was tough.The only good take away from this was the garlic sauce. It was going to be a one star, but the garlic sauce was good.If considering eating from here I would advise not to use Uber eats as the app has no options to select the sauces or other options.

Was so excited to see a charcoal chicken shop in Hornsby. Unfortunately the chicken is average. Just does not live up to the standards of any famous charcoal chicken franchises. The garlic dip isnt up to scratch either.Nice staff and the guy at the counter handled a high pressure situation well - the counter glass broke and he was calm with all customers and handled the situation well.Like Andy says, will give this another go just hoping they up their game. My chicken was fresh from the grill but just not good enough

I think that some of the reviews of this place may be a bit older so I feel compelled to write this one. It seems like it’s under new management and the gent running the place, Jun was very friendly and accomodating. I had the chicken combo and it was delicious! This is now my number one pick for chicken shops in the area but it has a lot of other stuff too. (Which I am yet to try) Make sure to try the garlic sauce, it goes really well with the spices on the chicken and the bread. Great service and great food. Very happy and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a meal, no cold drinks,Dry tasteless chicken, chips to match the chicken. Wilted horrific salad . Shocking customer service. Honestly they don’t deserve to be in business. I haven’t had bad food in Hornsby before but there is a first time for everything. Go to Ogalo and don’t waste your money.

One of the best place to have great sandwiches, salads, coffee, chicken etc. Tried their chicken sandwich which was great. Nicely presented with generous quantity. Chef June and other staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

100% worth it, the chicken is the juiciest and best tasting chicken I have ever had and the camel burger was seasoned to perfection and the bun it came on was so fresh, the chips were salted and cooked with fresh oil, will be coming back soon for sure (would have photos of burger and chips but ate them before I could remember to take a photo)
