Just had my third Mitsubishi Split A/C installed by Proline. After the first 2 were installed & seeing the quality of their work I had no hesitation to get them back again. These guys are the type of tradies you want working on your house & I was so confident that I went to work for the day & left them to do their thing. They even clean up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Top service from James and Matrix. I don't usually give 5 star reviews but these guys are the go to for split system aircon installs. Highly recommended. Don't bother with anyone else.

Great service and communication by James when they installed a split system air conditioning unit for our house. Was well informed with best placement and any potential changes to cost. Very happy with the installation. Would use again for future electrical works and would recommend to others.

James was FANTASTIC! Quietly working away despite restricted conditions. He is friendly, polite and ON TIME! He takes the time to explain WHY you want your a/c placed where. He CLEANS UP his mess and takes it away unlike so many trades.We got our entire house fitted with Mitsubishi splits and as we live in a 3 storey house there was ALOT of planning involved. James mapped it out, gave himself extra time and just did his work.I must also say James treats his apprentice kindly unlike a few other trades we have had during our renovation. It was great to see.Thank you James and Matrix for the excellent job and we will have you back to finish off the last 2 when the building works are done.P.S James has been so helpful coming up with a strategy for our Lounge room A/c. Than you!!

Couldn't be more happy with service rendered when we engaged Proline to quote us the installation of MHIAA split/multi-split system for our home. And as we thought that was it, we were completely blown way by the level of professionalism and patience shown to us by James and Lez, answering our questions and explaining the key points of the installation process. These guys really know what they're doing - I can't think of a better team to have installing our air-conditioning system!
