Dear Kelly, thanks so much for hosting Steven’s birthday party recently. The kids had a blast bowling and playing the arcade games, and everyone had an amazing time. Your attention to detail and organization made the event run smoothly, and it was evident that you put a lot of effort into making the day special for Steven.

We had an excellent party experience for our son’s 7th birthday. Our party host Lucas was great! The 2 Pin Party is great value for what is included. Highly recommend. Only downfall was how busy it was. Although this is to be expected for a weekend.

Precious was our party host. She has an amazing personality. From the moment we walked in till we left, she was very courteous and took care of everything. It was my daughter’s 13th birthday and her 1st birthday at Zone bowling. Her friends extremely enjoyed bowling and laser tag. Food was freshly cooked. The birthday table was very well decorated with balloons. Precious also helped with slicing and serving the cake. I had a booking issue with one of the games and Precious took care of it. Precious went further by refunding some money for an extra order of drinks which I had placed unknowingly. If you want your children to have the best time, go to Zone bowling Castle Hill. And the cherry topping will be Precious as your host.

We hosted our son’s bday party. It was so well organised and everything went as expected. Our party host, Liam, was wonderful. Liam is a delightful young boy. Zone bowling should hire more like Liam. Well done Liam.

Bowling is great, however, need instructions on how to access live score access. There were QR codes on some of the lanes, not all.The arcade games are dated, need a refresh.Good team of staff at the centre.

My son had a great 9th birthday party here! Everything ran smoothly, Imogen was a great host and the boys had so much fun!

Had my twin’s birthday party here. Our dedicated party host, Precious, made sure everything ran smoothly and helped to organise the kids. Meant I could enjoy myself. Bowling and laser tag were a huge hit with all the kids. Arcade games always a great way to wrap up.

First of all I would like to say a Big thankyou to Nadia who was my sons party host. We were so lucky to have her, she was so patient and calm, always smiling and knew how to keep all the kids engaged during the whole party, She was very attentive and went above and beyond to be involved, which made it even more of a special birthday. Everything was so well organised, especially considering it is such a busy venue. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this venue for anyone wanting to book a party here.

We had a party for our son’s birthday at Zone. The host was friendly, accommodating and really assisted the event to run smoothly from start to finish. The food was good quality and all our party guests were very happy. I literally had nothing to worry about for the entire party. Highly recommend Zone for parties.
