Before my first order, I looked at the reviews and wasn’t sure if the mixed reviews should scare me or not. But the price was great and the item was available unlike other stores. Received a fairly prompt response that my order has been received and is being processed. Most other places might also send out a message that the item has shipped. I was starting to get worried, but then I received an email that the item has not completed processing and arrive a day later. Neatly packaged and with free shipping too.Will I buy from Cable Pro again? Yes, because they offer good service and deliver the goods. Isn’t that what we want? Especially now that I know that the shipping and processing notifications are a little different to what we might expect. I would give them 5 stars had the emails left me a little less confused about what was going on in the timeframe of the order confirmation and the notification that it has been processed=has been shipped. :-)

Happy with the product, but not happy with the service.I had to wait almost 3 weeks. During this time there were no updates on shipping. I called and emailed several times. Finally the item was sent, but it had the wrong name on the delivery. This meant I had to go to the post office and explain that the package really was meant for me.. very unprofessional.

Got a security system control panel battery delivered in Perth , the battery is OK, can tell about performance after a year or two but the customer service is fantastic. The battery was delayed to deliver and the seller returned the complete cost of shipping.

Was very hesitant to purchase as some reviews were stating long wait times and poor customer service. I called and confirmed they had the items needed in stock. I found the customer service was great! Sent out straight away (received within about 2-3 days interstate) and great communication from the order to when I received it. Item I got was on sale so I saved about $500 compared to anywhere else so that was a bonus too! Very happy
