KFC Tweed City Food Court
I went there recently on a Saturday around lunch, I find that the same group of kids are always working there, and one of them, a boy. Comes off a bit rude, doesn’t smile and is not friendly. He also gave me the wrong order and even though I asked and payed for sauce, the same one didn’t give it to me. I’m not sure the name but he’s has olive skin and dark hair with but of bleached chunk in the back of his head.

Very popular place on a Saturday afternoon. I purchased a zinger stacker meal with a small chips and a drink. Thought it was good value for money considering inflation. Was $12.95. Fast friendly service also.

Great staff and never have to worry about wrong order unlike the KFC down the road at Tweed Heads South, if food court KFC is still open prefer to go there for quick service and correct meals keep up the great work guys

OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD READ WHAT STORE YOU'RE REVIEWING, THIS IS THE FOOD COURT. DOES A SHOPPING CENTER HAVE A DRIVE THRU? I DON'T KNOW YOU TELL ME? Apart from that, customer service is accurate with personality, food is what you would expect and they seem to handle peek time well with product available most of the time.

Visited on sunday 09/04/23. Manager guy who put the pen on his ears, is rude, unfriendly, disrespectful, unprofessional and slow. I ordered bucket meal and when i got home the bottom part of the paper bag is drench with oil. Never to come ever again to tweed city kfc. No wonder not many people come by there.

I previously ordered a Fill-Up meal combo deal at this KFC and the boy at the counter was very rude, and laughed at me, whispered under his breath about my weight and then went and was pointing at me. When he handed me my order, I heard him say he has spat in it. I immediately threw it out. His name tag read “KONA”. Usually I love this establishment but I would like for KFC Tweed City to seriously consider the service of this young boy.

Most visits good-average but this one was outstanding. Food made very well considering such a busy time.Plot along to my visit just now, no salt when I asked for extra. Not sure if she skipped grade 3 but Ill let it slide

Not very good services only a junior in training serving. My chicken burger was terrible. I think they caught the old rooster as it was really tough chicken. Not happy.
