Great showroom staff (Louise) but poor logistics. Even considering covid, product took (is taking!!) a long time to come from Melbourne - albeit with no courtesy call to explain the delay.

Called this store to get a replacement floor waste part and although the store didn't stock the item the female employee was reluctant to order one in as one was in stock at Rockdale. As I mentioned, Rockdale isn't convenient for me, but apparently getting a store transfer from Rockdale to Caringbah was 'a bit of a head-case'. I was then advised to try and order it online from their website although she wasn't even sure if that was possible. It was quite clear this was too hard for your lazy staff member. Thankfully Beaumont Tiles were happy to order the part for me and will also get my upcoming renovation business.

What an experience ! Shelley’s an outstanding asset to Reece. Her customer service is second to none. Resolve my query within the day. I’m a very happy customer and I can’t recommend Shelley and the team enough.

Only go here if you are designing your entire bathroom around the button used to flush the toilet. The worst customer experience ever, the most ignorant staff working in any retail establishment, the whole place needs to be flushed clear, wish there was a button to do it. Do not waste your time visiting this store.

Never ordering through this store again. Shocking customer service every step of the way, slow delivery, poor quality products and damaged items.

After picking items we wished to purchase on their website we made the journey to the Reece showroom in Taren Point (with a newborn might I add) ready you buy, only to arrive and be completely ignored by 3 members of staff, despite us standing and looking directly at them on numerous occasions. Such a disappointing experience, there is nothing I hate more than bad customer service - for this reason we left and will not be returning. For a ‘premium’ company, you really are lacking the basics when it comes to customer service.

I have been this store twice now and have received a warm and friendly greeting on both occasions. It is a very well laid out store with a wide range of products. They even have a wet area at the rear of the store where many shower heads are fitted and ready for customer testing. They also carry an extensive range of supplier brochures for shoppers to take home. They even have a Selector Guide for you to use at home home to plan your renovation a tick off items as you complete them. It also includes a list tradie terminology.

Unbelievable service. I haven’t done much to compare prices so I won’t comment on that but the staff here are incredible. I needed a toilet urgently and Matt bent over backwards to organise it for me and when I explained that I suffered from a disability he offered to deliver it himself even though that isn’t a service offered by the store. Then, while isolating due to Covid, he still organised for another staff member to drop it off for me. And it wasn’t just Matt, when I’d come into the store earlier the manager took time out to walk me through all their products and explain how stuff worked. Can’t fault these guys and can’t give them enough praise.
