Spacious rooms and most staff helpful and friendly. Rooms could be a little cleaner and there was no frypan in the kitchen. The location could not be better! With a pub on the same site and a park opposite and so many cafes, restaurants, shops and more all within a short walk. Overall a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome by the friendly & helpful staff on our first day. Our rooms were spacious with all the amenities available. The room opened out into a balcony - it's so good to have access to the fresh air. The location is so central - our room overlooked the park & harbour.

This place is amazing. In the centre of Williamstown only a short stroll to some fantastic cafes/restaurants. Not to mention the per is only at your door step.The staff are very friendly willing to help you with all your needs without any hesitation. All very professional and well presented. Rooms are very clean and well equipped.If you need a place to stay you can’t look past this fantastic spot
