Greencross Vets Caulfield South

The vet was very nice & both my cats seemed so well behaved even though it was awhile since I brought them out. It was a good experience. Thank you!

Lisa and all the staff at Greencross Caulfield are incredible. I always feel like my dog Milly is in capable hands. We’ve had a few scares and each time everything is dealt with so well.

Cannot praise the staff enough - receptionists, doctors, nurses, everyone. I took my cat in for what I though was an appointment I had booked this morning for today - turns out it I was so tired I had booked next Wednesday and I didn't realise. My cat was coming into day 5 of no bowel movement and I was visibly distressed and somewhat embarrassingly began crying in reception trying to find an available vet on my phone - the (receptionist or nurse I'm not sure) poked her head in to chat with the doctor and despite being booked out they saw to my cat in between the other bookings, which I have no doubt probably cut into the doctor's break time. It meant so much to have that effort made even after the fumble was completely my own. They took amazing care of my cat and gave me great advice to help her in future, and took it in their stride / were so gentle still when it took three people to handle her and calm her down / administer treatments. They obviously care about their little patients and I'm going to be making Greencross our permanent vet from this experience. Dr Angela and crew (and especially the receptionist/nurse who looked out for us in the first place), thank you.

I was very impressed with all staff members from reception to nurse and vets from the moment I arrived until departure. I was going through one of the worst times any cat lover can experience. My beloved cat was dying and the staff all helped me to deal with the process of farewelling him in an incredibly supportive and loving manner. I was given the explanation about the process and the time and space to deal with everything. I cannot praise the staff more highly.

Very caring team. Always follow up on my dog's condition the following day to the appointment. I've been using this clinic with my previous dog as well so all together 20 years. A lot has changed in that time, eg. lot more rotation of staff, but it's hard these days to get stuck at one work place for a long time so I understand. Rebecca is the only vet there that is still from the old days, and I always prefer making an appointment with her. I like her professionalism and attitude. But all the others never disappointed me.

They care about animals and helped me after I found a deceased possum. Good people with good hearts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was the first time I had taken my dog to this vet. Amazing care by all the staff . Dr Steyn was so compassionate, caring and exceptional from start to finish. I had total trust and reassurance my pet was in good hands! Thankyou.

I have to say thank you to all the staff of this clinic for saving life for my Spicy! She got to the clinic with fully blocked stomach and guts with sand, it was hard to believe she can survive, but doctors Chris and Kathy have been absolutely incredible, as well as all the nurses so attentive and friendly. I can’t express my gratitude for keeping up with my emotions, allowing me to visit and spend time with my dog while she was on IV fluids, this very personal and kind attitude to the pet and myself made us feel we were in good hands. I also appreciate a very high level of communication, I constantly had all the updates and clarity of the situation. The team definitely deserves true appreciation. Kind regards, Yulia
