The Gelatissimo store in Coogee is always busy as it’s located right near the beach. They have always got a great selection of flavours on offer and are always experimenting and creating new delicious flavours. They also offer a good selection of dairy free and vegan flavours which taste really good.

I highly recommend trying the Chunky New York Cheesecake gelato flavour. It was absolutely delicious and there was actual big chunky pieces of cheesecake in the gelato. Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location.

It was so yummy. We got a mix of sorbets and Gelato and you could truly taste the fresh ingredients and local fruit

Could have easily deserved a 5 star review without this weird waitress at the front serving icecream, impatiently challenging me why I’m taking photos. “Who gave you permission to take photos?”, she bluntly interrogated. I said it’s for Google review, to which she responded by saying “I’m not very sure whether you’re allowed to take photos.”Anyway, the sorbet is really nice and the shop is conveniently located near the famous Coogee beach. Even on a rainy winter day like today we could still enjoy a cup of delicious sorbet.

I wish that businesses that decide to operate so close to beaches would take some responsibility and stop handing out single use plastic like candy! I find so many of your red spoons by the beach. The beach is what helps bring you business and yet you have no respect for it, or the marine life that end up ingesting your little spoons. Terrible!

Great tasting ice cream, also they have 96% sugar free flavours in chocolate and strawberry.Ask for a kids cone as they are not to expensive and still a nice treat.Friendly staff, nice clean shop that has been renovated last winter.Only downside, it can get very busy here with a long queue on hot days.
