Wont sell Computer parts to public or PC technitions. Unlike literally every other PC repair shop in Sydney. Dont bother.

Recently used Mona Vale Computers to repair my faulty laptop. Very friendly staff at reception. A technician on site had a look and booked it in for a quote. They called me back the same day with affordable prices for the service and parts and had my laptop back the next day.This business deserves a 5 star rating and I can highly recommend them!

I was nervous about handing in my computer. It had my whole life in it - bank details, family history, personal stuff. I needn't have worried. They listened carefully and in two days they just fixed it, and for far less than I expected. Very reassuring to have such professional people nearby. Recommended.

Excellent service, very affordable pricing, staff is obviously very well educated and were able to answer all of my questions immediately.They built my room mate and I a custom built computer with the hardware we requested. Definitely recommend their service for gaming machines and all machines/devices.

Pretty terrible service, had been told that my motherboard was damaged and my cpu had been damaged beyond repair when I had just had it tested and proved working the day priorCommunication was poor as they did not have any idea what was going on (being told two different things from two people) and after receiving a text saying my computer was damaged beyond repair I went to store and got told that they could do what I originally asked for for $250 horrible price compared to other company’s, later dropped my computer into another store and was done and out for $50

Fantastic experience and I can't recommend these guys highly enough! My Windows problem could have been catastrophic but they swooped in and saved everything, backed everything up to my external drive and replaced my defunct hard drive for a very nominal fee. I could not have hoped for a better result. Thank you so much Ahmed and Lowana!
