Very disappointing...went in to get my visual voicemail working and was advised that Optus do not offer this service and to call 321 only (not true). Tried to purchase an NBN plan, staff attempted to set this up for almost 45min with no luck. left and got it done over the phone in under 15min. Poor product and system knowledge.

Terrible customer service. The staff even tried to understand the problem and just said that need to call to Optus. On the phone Optus said that need to go to store to fix the problem. If it is to don’t have a customer service is better to get any other cheaper company. Both places Miranda and Rockdale exactly the same.

I got a new phone and found all the staff very helpful and Anna is an amazing manager. I had a problem and went back the next day, which was no hassle.The only negative was only 3 staff there, which puts more pressure on each one when it gets busy. It was busy when I was there and staff kept apologising for keeping me waiting. I think there could be at least another staff member.I am happy even though had to wait.
