I processed an order and I was accidentally not charged for shipping. They offered to waive the shipping fee altogether. Such a quick and easy purchase. The flowers looked simply beautiful! What a gorgeous little florist, and a great team with fabulous customer service.

Lovely customer service from Naim who also personally delivered the flowers. I neglected to provide delivery instructions which was quickly resolved with a phone call from Naim who was worried about the bouquet being exposed to the sun.Such a beautiful bouquet of seasonal native flowers too, highly recommend not just for the floristry but also the amazing customer service.

This florist is the best I've ever been to. Everything from customer service, attention to detail, to delivering the end product is impeccable. The arrangements are a work of art and the everlasting flowers are just amazing. I cannot fault this store.

Today I ordered flowers for my 2 daughters for 2 different occasions.When I rung the gentleman was out doing deliveries, he rung me back as promised in the time frame, he was pleasant, helpful and very prompt.My daughters were both delighted with their beautiful flowers.Thank you Bowers and Flowers, I would highly recommend n I will definitely use your company again!

Flowers are pretty but lacking in quality for the finishing touches considering the price paid. My partner purchased a dried flower arrangement to place as a centre piece on our dining table to surprise me, however, the first thing I noticed was the uneven and poorly cut bow. It’s an easy fix, but still disappointing to have to redo it myself.

5 stars for the cutest and most beautiful flower shop I have been to! Bower and flowers not only displays gorgeous fresh flowers, but also houses a wonderful florist who listens and creates based on your needs.
