I have used Douglas Blinds for over 15 years in a commercial relationship for various types of work including. Blinds, Crimsafe screens, balustrades , aluminium fencing, privacy screens and various other manufactured out of the ordinary items .At times they have been servicing me in jobs with over 400 dwellings on various coal fronts. Their customer service is beyond reproach , their professionalism is of the highest calibre. Nothing is ever a problem and they often work out of hours to help get the job done when required. I cannot speak highly enough of them and thoroughly recommend them as a business of choice .

The team were professional, accommodating and insightful. Could not have asked for a better process of installing two crimsafe screen doors. In the sales discussion, options were canvassed but never in a pushy way. And the installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves.What more could you ask for! Highly recommend.

After choosing colour, fabric and negotiating a price I paid $5000 deposit to get our blinds manufacturing underway with a local company. I had some of the roller blinds installed and was waiting on the panel blinds to be made. Rang up today for an update on installation and was told that I needed to pay an additional $1500 on top of what was originally quoted and agreed on because they claimed they had “forgotten” our bedroom panel blind off of our quote but remarkably they had it made and it was ready for installation if I wanted it but I had to pay the $1500. Not the way to do business. Getting customers to agree to a quote and then upping the price considering the opposition blind company was now cheaper with us now having to pay an additional $1500. Just very disappointing as we were trying to support local business.

Friendly staff and easy to deal with, placed an order well worthy of a visit for sure.
