My experience at the Back Dr has been amazing! I have been going for just over a year now and my posture has never been better. I used to get so much pain in my shoulders and neck that would always lead to headaches, and I’m pleased to say that has greatly improved. I now look forward to going every week for maintenance and the staff there make it such an enjoyable experience!

I only went in to The Back Dr with my sister on her second appointment and watched the video with her. Upon watching I discovered that I was already at stage 2 ( I have a bone spur in my neck). I wasn’t sure what to expect at first and was a bit apprehensive, but I needn’t have worried as the team are amazing and have made it a great experience. After just 4 adjustments I found I was able to walk further and also do some housework that previously was not possible.I have now had 8 adjustments and feel I am ready to get back to working out with weights again and I have loads more energy. I am so glad I came to that appointment with my sister and that I found the courage to start a care plan for myself because I’m sure I would still be sitting around in pain and hoping the painkillers help.Thank you to all of the doctors and staff for everything.Gillian Jordan

I had moderate pain on my neck and back at the first.Found this clinic and thought give it a try. After 1 month of adjustment, I can feel a lot of improvement and pain slightly reduce on those area, beside that, my sleep and breathing pattern have also improved significantly. Continuing the adjustment plus exercise routine at home to this day helping me get back on track.Good + experienced doctor and their sharp focus helped to reach my goal in the end. I recently moved to the area and begun attending The Back Dr as I have had issues with my back and my neck for the last few years. The Back Dr has made this incredibly easy for me. They set out amazing clinical plans and help you feel better almost instantly. Without them I wouldn't be able to work my job. Forever grateful $ recommend them to everyone I see.

I have only had 5 adjustments so far so I don’t have much to comment.Back pain has not improved, nor increased.Staff are lovely and seem genuine.I really like how efficient the chiropractors are… it’s pretty much an in and out session.

Start off by saying the staff are lovely and the place is very clean. I believe if you are wanting to find a place where you can go and get your back cracked once a week this is the place for you.If you have a serious back injury or problem I would highly not recommend. I went here after my mum had her initial appointment as I had been experiencing back pain for several months. I had a consultation and an X-ray. Went in the day later for X-ray results and was shown I had a fracture in my lower spine. I was then offered the exact same treatment as my mother who is 40 years older than me with minimal postural issues??. I was then “re adjusted” where they pop the bed instead of your back to trick you into thinking they cracked your back. I was then presented with a “membership” option where I would have to pay $50 minimum per week for a 2 minute back crack. I just got the overall vibe that they were more interested in money and heaps of people entering the venue than actually helping me fix my broken back. This place may work for some but overall wouldn’t recommend.

Once you become a patient - you become a part of a family that prides itself on genuine care. I cannot speak any more highly of the benefits and life changing results that have been achieved in my time with the dedicated team - it goes beyond just the expected chiropractic care and has resulted in a relationship I will cherish for years to come. These guys will help in so.many different facets and also offer additional services as well as educational presentations and seminars for patients to gain insight and knowledge.
