Upon entering ILS, I was warmly greeted by a professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant by the name of Abby.She took her time to explain to me about the products and accessories and what was best suited for my grandmother’s needs. I did not feel rushed nor pressured and its for this reason that we will continue to shop here. I highly praise Abby for her exceptional customer service of going above and beyond for the eldery and all customers in general. Thank you!

Be very careful. ILS goods are cheaper than competitors BUT if you ever need a service, repair or warranty claim, it’ll be impossible. The service staff are rude & will blame you for their faulty Air care recliner that eventually flattens & causes pressure bruises. They’ll also blame you for paying for purchase advice from your expensive occupational therapist, (as you’re required by aged care to do.) instead of asking for their store OT. Then you’ll never get through on the phone, & when you do return a recliner, no one knows anything about your owing refund -Only buy something small & extremely basic that will never, ever need maintenance or become faulty - or you’ll regret it -After reading response -Been there, done that, someone called Rani started to help then disappeared without a trace like everyone else in this company. I need a name, title, DIRECT phone number of the PERSON who will sort this once and for all. You can get my details from Rasha from the Bankstown store - thanks

I would like to acknowledge showroom person Rasha at Bankstown. This young lady was not only helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Professional is the best way to describe this young lady. Rasha is a real asset, you are fortunate to have her. Unfortunately the item we wanted wasn’t in stock, Rasha found the nearest available for us. This service has made life for us easier. Never wrote review before. but today I am very upset with this store.extremely rude staff. a lady call Rasha , i can't believe she is a manager there, she was so rude, she needs to learn customer service again. delivered item was faulty so tried to contact them several times but no one replied back. and at last was able to contact Rasha. but she was extremely rude, no respect towards customer, bad communication skill. didn't give me a chance to talk but after arguing she just hang up the phone.She was nice and supportive when we were there to purchase items, but I was shocked how she reacted when we needed service for faulty items.Customer service is to persuade customers, respect customers and try to make them to understand the situations, but not to scream, argue and talk rude to customers or just hang up the phone when customer haven't finish talking.Very disappointing.careful not to purchase anything need service or warranty after.I would never recommend this place to others.

Honestly the best staff. dealt with Rasha and she made orders so much easier for us. They are so helpful and give you the correct and proper information, even spending time with you to discuss what the difference is between similar items. Thanks so much ILS Bankstown!

Walked into the store to see it was clean and well-kept. Had hand-sanitiser stations and the QR check-in stations. The service was quick and excellent, the worker clearly knew a lot about the walker my mother and I were purchasing. If needed be, I would definitely come here again.

I came on the weekend with my parents to look at some furniture and chairs. Aishah was the only person on duty and was with another customer. I observed her inter action with the customer and was very helpful. Then came my turn I found her very resourceful and knowledgeable.
