New Home Building Inspections

From initial consultation to inspection, Paul Frost has been prompt, friendly and professional. I may be one of the fussiest clients who wanted his assistance, I sent him a checklist with all my concerns on the new build prior to the pre-hand over inspection. He was patient enough to go through all my concerns. He has conducted his inspection with a keen eye for detail. Explained all defects he found on my new home on his report with references to relevant building codes. He was always available to answer my questions, even after the inspection was completed. Great communication throughout the process. New home building inspections (NHBI) is highly recommended and would certainly use them again if needed.

Paul NHBI great guy…. his work was not done professionally after my final inspection saying our home was safe to move in and in joy it .. never happened.. we end up getting other inspections done by Vcat approval inspectorsEnd up finding roofs drain major issues and brick work.. cost me $90’000 grand on top to get all defective work fix .. now we are fighting in Vcat with builders.. very disappointed with Paul I would not recommend NHBI..

Paul was fantastic at picking up issues with my new home build. He picks up things you don’t know about, puts it in a good document explaining things, and you can then go back to the builder with a list of rectifications. I definitely recommend them.
