This used to be a great Maccas for breakfast more recently the staff changes have made this the most appalling experience ever. This morning i ordered a S&E muffin meal with extra hash and a bottle of water. It was 12 dollars something even though every other day it is 13.20. WHen i quizzed the difference the guy said its cheaper what are you worried about, I asked for it on a tray as i was eating in and i asked for a salt packet. I sat near the counter in full view of the staff there was no other customers. I got a S&E with 1 hash in a bag when the girl screamed the number i explained i wanted it on a tray, i got it on a tray, no extra hash and no salt and it was paired with a kids pop top of water. I had to return to the counter to pick up my own tray. Just plain laziness.

Big negative out of a few postives. Drive through was extremely fast. Literally bag hanging out the window before i even drove up to it. Just love when you open to eat your burger and it already has a bite missing. I assume this was a returned meal from which was identical to my order which explains why drive through was so quick. Wheres the quality control ?Went back and walked in to see the manager. She was apologetic and gave a full refund with out question. Still not good enough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One specific staff member was very nice to us this evening. He was wearing a grey coloured uniform.

If i could rate it 0 i would! Horrible, rude, arrogant, avoid this store. Two of us with 2 phones a.d 2 different apps wanted to order 2 meals but staff refuse it to accept saying only 1 meal they will give.,i explained there're 2 of us she was still insisting only one meal she will give so i give her 2 different set of codes and when i got to the window only 1 code was working , she got void second code and manager told me i use the code already?? Charge me for one meal and walk away. On my insistence second employee come just to argue with me all over again ... code was used, only one.meal and sent me away.Will not be coming to this store ever again !Bunch of clowns!

Cool place but the staff is kinda impatient. My number just appeared on the screen, I was going to take it and the staff screamed the number 3 times before I could reach (LOL).

We placed order for 2 soft serve and girls were constantly skipping our order and were giving away orders that were placed after us till that point when they totally removed our order from their screen without giving it away and started to do their own things. I had to approach one of the girls and ask how long would it take them to give our 2 soft serves and she didn’t even apologize or pretend she cares and asked someone else to do it. Maybe it’s worth to train your staff bit more and don’t leave those kids unsupervised.

Took far too long to make 1 coffee and was asked by 2 seperate team members if I ordered a large and I said no it is a medium but was given a large by a third person. Need better training and communication. Third person interrupted second person at window and got an eye roll. What’s going on, it was just 1 coffee.

Open late, quick drive through. Nice and quick place to grab a bite the drive through is quick and you can pre-order your food.

If you want to know why the customer service sucks here then look no further than the old woman that runs it, at her age you would think she would have some customer service but no, sorry for asking a question I'll take your advise I'll go some where else they may have it sorry SHOULD have it that's what you said I wouldn't want to misquote you
