We met Tammie during a long and expensive battle for child access. The other party is extremely difficult, and our property transfer was just another area where we felt let down by the process. Tammie definitely was not seeing us at our best.We approached Tammie with a very tight timeframe. Tammie could not have been more flexible, accommodating our scheduled with no fuss. Tammie was organised and efficient, and listened to our off topic vents with the prefect balance of empathy and professionalism.Needless to say we managed meet settlement, and we will definitely be back to see Tammie when we purchase our next property.

This team was great! Tammie was tenacious in the pursuit of a good outcome for everyone. It was a simple settlement that when sideways quickly. All parties were in agreement but there were a few problems with the paperwork and some of the legal oddities surrounding our sale. Tammie and Orion Settlements hung in there for the many months it took to resolve, the whole time engaging with all parties, the banks, the body corporate, everyone!!! We cant thank them enough for the patience and persistence they showed in getting the deal done, they could have given up but didnt, they kept going, exploring all other options until the job was done. Totally recommend them, we will be using them again in the future.

This has been the best service ever A big thankyou you Tammie who worked after hours late at night and early in the Moring sending us emails as she was brilliant getting our settlement completed.This was very challenging as Broker and Banks were not communicating where delays experenced which became very frustrating whilst we were building our dream home. Had a great settlement thanks to Tammie & the folks at Orion Settlements.Was a first home-buyer & more-or-less totally unaware of the settlement process when it came time to find an agent. Rang around & got some quotes, but was very impressed by Tammie's professionalism & timeliness with responding to queries.
