God bless you Ben!!! What an amazing experience in a very little but super efficient and stress free store experience! Best easy going problem solving and state of the art customer service!!! I would give you more starts if there was an option! I love going to Westfield Miranda due to the amount of store variety compared to Westfield Hurstville, however when it comes to the athlete's foot dont be fooled by store looks and go for the best stress free and genuine customer service at Hurstville Westfield store! Recommended a million times!

I was hesitant to re-visit because when I went to check out some shoes for myself a month ago, the 2 young male staffs didn’t seem keen to know what I needed.However, I went in today and Helen who greeted with a smile has assessed my feet problems and shown some suitable shoes. She was very friendly and helpful. Helen you nailed the customer service! Thanks for your help today. (Yes I bought one of the shoes she recommended.)

Very bad management and I was not treated well as a customer when I asked for my size to try on they told me it will not fit you and claim the can look at a customer from a distance and know it will not fit. When I asked to try my size repeatedly, they declined. And attended other customer before they serve me. ? never go there again.

Used to get the best service from here, from very knowledgeable staff who knew the ins and outs of every product, and were experts in fitting.During my last 2 visits, the staff were very different and could not provide any meaningful and proactive assistance.Its a shame, as that was the main reason I used to shop from here.

I am long time customer and working as registered nurse. But I bought HOKA shoes recently. And I can confirm it's very bad products. Very bad pain and unconformable. Not even me all of my colleagues. My doctor ask me to not to wear immediately. Initially it's very light that's why everyone like it. After that throwing in the bin. Now I am spending lots of money for foot treatment....

Have always had a great experience in the Hurstville store. I always get an assessment for my son when it comes to new shoes and we get the best advice for shoes so they last and have decent support. The membership perks of a discount are great when kids go through shoes every 6 months.Highly recommend, the customer service has always been warn and I find the staff really engage and listen to your needs.
