After calling Thursday evening you were able to come out the next morning give us a very reasonable quote and start work in converting our old storage tank system to a continuous flow hot water system unit and up grading our gasoline. I am delighted at the consistently good level of service, having engaged LPZ Plumbing on three jobs recently. Andrew provided a fixed price quote for replacing a water pump and scheduled the job straightaway. Despite detecting issues with the electrical installation, LPZ worked to the fixed price even arranging return visits by their subcontracted electrician.I am very pleased with LPZ and Andrew's service particularly the ease of dealing, fair pricing, clean finishes and quick turnaround and will definitely use them in future. I have no hesitation recommending LPZ to anyone with plumbing/roofing/gutter maintenance needs.

Had great service again from these guys. We had a major job to replace all the fittings throughout the whole house and deal with a bad water hammer issue. From first contact to Jason coming onsite. Everything was very professional. We had a fixed price quote. Jason did a fantastic job in making sure everything was set up to our satisfaction. He even came out the next day within the hour of calling to check on a fitting that had a manufacturers defect. Could not rate these guys highly enough and will be using them again for sure. Joe.

Had my sewage pipe block , they came out and gave me a quote , explained and show me what the problem was on their camera . Fix the blockage and also so found the main problem with a cracked pipe. Was very friendly and exceptional work done , clean up everything after very neat and tide . A great job and very happy with the service . Everything was quoted upfront , very professional so i totally recommend them . Great job guys !

LPZ Plumbing & Roofing replaced a roof for us. Their quote was competitive and the service was great. When an unexpected delay occurred they really pulled out all stops to get the job done in the time frame they had promised. I will use them again and would recommend them to family and friends. I hired LPZ for installing gas stove and water heater in my property. There were few inexperienced guys (apprenticeship) along with Luke. After doing the job they left the roof tiles open as shown in the picture. It rained that night spoiling the ceiling adding up more expense and stress.Now they dont even respond to my calls and return to my messages.Although it looks like they are doing a good job initially, the job is actually not professional over all.

LPZ Plumbing provided exceptional services. We had a bit of trouble with our old taps but the plumbers came back to change our taps at no extra cost. They were respectable with our customs and also were very patient with any enquiries. Tracy always contacted us to make sure we were not forgotten and I really appreciate this.
