I had a treatment for capillary reduction and it failed to work the first time so booked again and paid again. Was told it almost always works the first time but will definitely work after second treatment. It didnt and was then offered a third treatment for free which also didnt work. I never heard from them again. I should have been refunded or treated until it did work. Have had the treatment many years ago in a different clinic in morwell and it worked instantly and so am rebooking with them. Staff was lovely but at the end of the day it was a waste of my money for a useless treatment.

Made me feel really comfortable with my waxing. Lovely people, always friendly and I’m really happy with the service.

Got a half leg wax and when they waxed the rear of my knees, it felt like my skin was being ripped off. Left with bruising and mild damage to skin. Had to apply ice packs immediately after treatment to reduce swelling. Still applying vitamin E cream to deal with skin damage.Will not use this salon again.

I had the “full service” done for my sons wedding and I could not be happier. From the preparation of tanning etc with Lauren to the hair and makeup that Tiyani did. She ended up doing 6 of us and every one was perfect! She took the stress out of it and was so professional I have already booked her for my next wedding!

I booked a 90 minute Deluxe facial and was expecting that. I was taken to a room for a five minute eyebrow wax and then after another wait in the reception was taken to the room for a facial. The facial started at 5.34 pm, as I had to remove my watch and noticed the time, and I was getting dressed at 6.35 pm. This is not 90 minutes. The therapist was nice but I believe she used very minimal amount of products as my face was extremely dry by the time I got home. I had to apply my own moisturiser at night. I have had many facials before and my face has been well hydrated for days. This was not the case here and I was very disappointed. Less time, less product for the full price. Not going back.

Went here for my first professional leg waxing, Tania ... Talia ... the blonde woman who's name starts with T was great! She was super professional and funny.
