I was in subway today, no smiles or friendliness from the staff. I watched them put chicken on a vegie sub the person they were serving was distracted so when this staff member was told by the other staff member they quickly took it off, wrapped the sub and gave to the lady. So wrong

This place is undespeakable in as many ways imagined. Workers are not polite and they have no manners. Crazy old fat ladies that's grey under neather that hair die was rude and kept on rolling her eyes. I got a medium grey to black hairS that's two in my foot long meatball melt. Not to mention the meatball tub looks crusty like it's been sitting there for days.Workers were too. Queit to hear and we're rude when I said pardon. The cookies are stayle and overly over price at this point I highly suggest not we eating here it in is dirty and grimy tables get cleaned Once a week maximum. Over all workers are disgusting and don't present there work and community in a pleasent way. Don't come here

Grumpy miserable service , made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome , rolls were speed toasted for 2 seconds , stingy and sparse with the fillings , worst Subway experience , come on girls you can do better, be polite and respect your customers . It’s wasn’t a busy time either , so no excuses .

I feel sorry for the franchisee of this store. They have the most unfriendliest staff that we have ever encountered in a Subway.We went here on Easter Sunday for lunch on our way to Stanthorpe. The staff member (tall young girl with pouty lips) was extremely rude, with no smile, greeting, manners etc. She even moved on to the next person, cutting me off before I could finish my order (it wasn't even busy). This staff member was a let down for our entire group (3 families), as all of us had similar experiences.Food was as good as any other subway. But the whole experience was a massive let down.

Great service and food, one of the only places where their stocked with bread and dough not its just out of stock waiting for fresh bread is better than waiting for a stale white bread loaf.

This 2 star review has an added star as the food was decent, I mean subway is subway at the end of the day. But the level of service I encountered here was absolutely appalling, no smile, no politeness. We were made to feel we were inconveniencing her by requesting food from a fast food place. We asked for a few things and was told well we don't have that" instead of 'sorry.... etc....'. This just isn't good enough and judging from past reviews it obviously hasn't been dealt with. Not a good reputation to give subway!"

Never go there before they closing. I went to buy subway 45 minutes before they close. Staff who was serving was not very happy because they were packing. She was rushing to finish my sandwich and she was throwing breads and salads, oh my god. My advise they should close the front door 1 hour before their trading hours, otherwise train the staff to be polite and in patience all the time. I will write an email their head office as well. I will never go there in future.

Very helpful, friendly, and generous service. Being from the city I've often felt for some reason that Subways in Inverell is the freshest and tastiest of them all. Stay away from the white chocolate macadamia cookies, though, because they are dangerously morish!
