Delicious fresh fish and calamari with very generous portion sizes for chips. They kindly accommodated gluten free with Grill'd fish and chips that they confirmed were gluten free by ingredient (I assume the fryer is shared but didn't ask).

10/10 fish n chips that were fresh crunchy and tasty, great friendly service, food came out quickly even though it was very busy, perfect old school proper fish n chips, coleslaw was amazing, tartate sauce top tier.. would definately recommend.

3 stars is generous but gave an extra star because the customer service was good. I worked in a fish and chips shop for many years so I know what the standard is for good fish and chips and this unfortunately was not. It came recommend and the meal was just sad.Firstly the prices madness. $3 for a less than handful of chips. Potato cakes were raw and the chips tasted average. Asked for chicken salt and didn't have any. Actually hardly had any salt on the chips.The calamari wasn't bad but nothing to write home about.Unfortunately I just won't be able to recommend this place. We don't eat out much and when I do I want to enjoy it.

We had Blue Grenadier, chips and potato scollops. Everything was cooked perfectly, batter and chips crunchy - all perfect. Fish battered as we ordered. Portion sizes were spot on and we are reasonable big eaters. Service was fast - but it is a Tuesday night. Thank you for our amazing fresh fish and chips. You can't come on a coastal holiday without checking out food like this.

Classic fish & chips" meals at a convenient takeaway location. Some lunch specials might help draw me in more regularly (to compete with $10-$15 deals at other restaurants) but the food is very satisfying and I'll definitely be back."

The say the sequel is no good but let me assure you it was equal to the first. This time I remembered to get a picture. Great work guys thanks for dinner.I would like to show you a nice pic of the chicken burger and scallops but alas the smell was so good I ate it then remembered I needed to take a pic. Best chicken burger I think I have ever had. Well done I will be back.

Fish was great, scallops were great but our potato cakes were raw & inedible. The operating hrs of this shop are very strange. Only open until 7:30 yet telling paying customers who are in line & have not ordered yet that the shop will be closing now at 7pm & they can't order. On a public holiday, in December. FFS. Not a great way to generate repeat business.If a real F&C opens up & stays open later than 7pm, this place will be toast.
