Just completed my second week of training at Fitstop Ringwood. 3 sessions per week. Feeling great! The sessions are short, effective and pack a punch! Trainers very supportive and motivating. Love the friendly atmosphere Ash, Tim and the rest of the team have created.Can't wait

Joining Fitstop Ringwood is one of the best decision I have made, the atmosphere, training and community is amazing, not to mention the BEST coaches!6 months ago I was struggling to get motivated to work out, now I can’t wait to get back into the gym! :)
