I only gave a 3 star rating because of the few pharmacists that I've had the pleasure of seeing when I come in to this chemist.But the last three times I went there, there was this pharmacist working there, I don't know her name but if you ever remember having a teacher that puts you in detention for just breathing then it's as if you've met this lady.One time she found me weird because I didn't reply back to her in Arabic the way my sister replied to her, I have severe depression and anxiety and I already know that I act differently, but it's just plain mean to say it to my face.And the last time I rang to see if they could message me my repeat script since I lost it and it's on my file there.At first she didn't even want to check it, but she ended up checking it when I kept saying that the other pharmacist have helped me this way before and after I told her to put another pharmacist on the phone.My script was expired so she refused to give it to me. I reassured her that I wasn't asking her to give me the actual medication, I just needed the script. Even if it was a printed version or her writing a small note saying that it expired before I used it.I was so upset.. I was in so much pain that I wanted to show the doctor that I haven't used it so he could give me another script.But this lady had no empathy.. she didn't even let me finish, all she kept repeating was that it's expired.I don’t understand why people decide to work in a sensitive field like this when they have no patience and when they just want to dictate instead of having an actual conversation.I don’t usually write negative reviews but this incident got me really upset and it triggered my anxiety.For anyone who wants a full pharmacist service then I suggest you only come here when this lady isn't there. All the other people working there are amazing. I personally will be finding another place.

Used to be really good, pharmacists are still nice and knowledgeable, just the old woman that works there isn't. Every interaction it's like you're annoying her with your presence and by law I cannot do this" is her excuse for everything (was getting prescribed meds for asthma) Walk further up the road to Boian"
