We had two roller blinds fitted with motors and was supplied with theR214 remote which had a flat battery.The new battery was fitted and the blinds were programmed by theinstaller. We use the blinds in unit that we don't occupy full time how everwe have had to recharge the batteries twice for very little use.Today 16 October the remote would not start the blinds all we could hearwas an indicator beep" and the controller showed the symbol ALQuestion 1 Is AL a fault finding code.Question 2 Many products we have purchased we have been suppliedwith a fully printed manual of Operation and usually a listof fault codes and a description of possible remedies tocheck before calling for the service man.We only received Photostat of the install and programmeinformation for the installer

Ongoing issues with there Automate Pulse. Always asking to reset there server as there are constant issues with IFTTT on a weekly basis. I use IFTTT to integrate it with Google Assistant and other smart home devices. Very unreliable.Hopefully, there Automate Pulse 2 is better.

Like the concept however there are intermittent failures on all 4 blinds consistently over 4 years. I am at the point of wanting to throw them away and replace with something more reliable. Spoke to their office a couple of years ago, got no help, company who sold them to me has gone out of business.

I have been here many times and really like this place especially the research and development department, the guys here are the most hard working and humble people, they are working on top notch technology in the motorised blind sector.

Found the product incredibly frustrating. I foolishly broke a personal smart home rule if never removing a manual option to add a smart option, assuming the technology was mature enough to be relied on. It isn’t. The range of the remote is terrible, it has trouble pairing, and the hubs are worse.

Recently had blinds installed using Rollease Acmeda technology. Everything works fine with the remote but the hub and Pulse 2 app refuse to work as they should. I have watched all the trouble shooting videos and read the manual and everything suggested does not work.The App continually logs me out after 5 secs and takes me back to the login screen making it unusable. I have tried deleting and reinstalling with no success.The Hub will not pair with the app properly (I can trick it into thinking it’s paired and it appears with the right indications but doesn’t function correctly). This then obviously will not pair with the blinds as it is not working as intended.Tech support is non existent. I’ve been calling and emailing and yet to have anyone answer a call or call me back as promised in the message recording. Also no response from email either.Extremely disappointed, I’ve never had a product I’ve purchased just not work at all. I’ll be contacting the company who I purchased it through and demanding a refund as the product simply does not work at all. Stay well clear.
