Probably the most un-user friendly" website ever. Found it extremely frustrating just trying to get started with a CPR course. Took me more than an hour of going around in circles before I could start(I have the proof). Emailed Admin at the time to express my dismay. Sorry about the negative review but this needs to be addressed."

The online component was easy to navigate with easy to follow notes. Excellent trainer for the practical component. I have used First Aid Assist for a few years and highly recommend them.

Courtney is a fabulous facilitator of this course! I really appreciated her willingness to answer every question posed (or park it for later, which she then provided links to many resources for us to follow up on) Her personal enthusiasm to learn and passion for educating, coupled with a bright bubbly character kept me fully engaged and attentive despite the high content of information coming at me.She provided many activities that had us up and about to interact with others (not just sitting for 8 hours) and gave many real life examples and lived experiences for us to learn from. I highly recommend Courtney (as a trainer) to anyone seeking to do these courses, as I truly felt her commitment to teach and dedication to this work.Thanks again Courtney! You rock!

Just completed the CPR & First Aid Course. Didn't look forward to attending, thought it would be a drag but needed to do it for work. Totally enjoyed it, would have been happy to sit through another few hours. Found Brendan a very engaging teacher who made the hands on activities enjoyable & easy to learn. Very pleasant and comfortable classroom with good facilities on Nicklin Way Minyama. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do this training.

I attended the CPR and First Aid course recently and found it extremely worthwhile. The instructor (Brendon) did a fantastic job of presenting the material in a lively and entertaining manner and I learnt a great deal. I often wish courses I attend would wrap-up early but not this one!

I recently attended the Provide First Aid and CPR training with Assist First Aid at Kawana. I made a personal choice to complete my training with them based upon their level of involvement in community events such as triathlons, and various running, cycling and community events around the country. I really enjoyed the course with Assist First Aid.Brendon the presenter was highly competent and conducted the course with energy, and the perfect mix of professionalism and light hearted interaction. Every participant was made feel welcome and their input and questions were encouraged. I have completed the same course with other providers previously and rate the Assist First Aid course superior. I would have no hesitation recommending them for your training. A+++
