I recently moved to SA and had the good fortune to rent through Roxy. I've never had such a caring and genuine real estate agent. She passed all of my requests through to the owner and argued on my behalf. When I wanted to buy she helped my look for a property, including making an offer which she then helped me out of because I found somewhere better. When I then broke lease to move out, she ensured that I had someone move in a few days after I left. I received all my bond back and also a good portion of the cost of shed I installed on the rental property (negotiated with the owner in good faith via Roxy).She's a beautiful soul and very diligent and fair to all parties.

As a property manager, she does an excellent job as well. She is thorough when making background checks, and speaks her honest opinion on which possible tenant is best suited. When I purchased my property in SA Roxy came with it as the property manager. I am so glad that she did. I have a number of investment properties in Victoria and I always say that once you find a good property manager you should never let them go. Roxy is the absolute best. I wish she could manage my Victorian properties. She has gone over and above on so many occasions helping me manage our tenants. From going to the property and touching up paint, to sourcing and collecting heaters in her own time, I cannot recommend her enough. She is prompt, organised and fantastic to deal with.
