Advantage Pharmacy

Never used the pharmacy here however I use the doctors consistently. The receptionists are all friendly and polite which is a nice change after some of the other medical centres in Bairnsdale. Doctors extremely professional and you don’t feel like you’re being run through a revolving door just to get their client numbers up. Happy to discuss results and alternatives to medication.

All the staff are awesome! Owners and pharmacists are amazing highly recommended!

Good people...great service and plenty of stock on the shelves

I'm compelled to write a review on how disgusted I am with the service at this pharmacy. A friend of mine (with mental health issues) who has been a loyal customer for over 15 years, has had his account cancelled by this business, despite him never missing a payment, and being in credit quite often. To remove such services is dehumanising, and I would encourage others to shop elsewhere in Bairnsdale, where the prices and the service are much better!

Very helpful, staff always friendly and talk kindly. Go out of their way to help. The pharmacist who handles my daughters prescription even rang a few days later just to make sure everything was Ok. The best customer service I’ve seen in quite some time.

The only chemist you need to go to in town, both tom and Ian have been keeping me alive for the past two years now, highly recommended their Webster packs, staff are just wonderful

Went there on the Monday for prescription had been waiting for another prescription for a few weeks was told that I was third in the list should be any day now so waited till Friday went in lady behind counter hiding telling other lady day something about me only to be told that there's nothing for me and don't know when! lying strait to my face now have been moved down the list no reason pathetic

Went into an empty pharmacy this morning. Stood waiting for service while staff walked by with no acknowledgement. Finally a large man (white coat, white hair) asked if I was being served. Jokingly and with a smile on my face I said for a while I thought I had turned into the invisable man" He then said " Well there are lots of people in the store"...there were 2 of us! Then very aggressively " Well! What do you want!!??He shouted it again to my stunned face and I finally replied.."Well nothing now "...his response was "Good" and turned on his heels and marched off.Still cannot believe how aggressive and rude this guy was. Disappointing after years of purchasing my late Mother and Fathers medication there."

Used this pharmacy for years until the owners wife was so rude l took my business elsewhere. At the time l was overwhelmed by grief and needed compassion not made to feel unworthy.She is rude and her husband (the head pharmacist) does not (or is affraid to) tell her she should not speak to customers the way she does.Any other staff members would lose their jobs.
