Swan hill community were amazing if it wasn't for them we would probably still be living in a motel .After a month of applying & being told we were shortlisted.Then told we weren't locals so they can't guarantee.We were offered a few properties from the locals after 1hr of posting .There lack of care was stressful to say the least .Will never rent or buy from them .

They have a do not recommend list that they use. Brian Wood & Heidi Watson took it with them from Wood and Co. So if you're getting knocked back for rentals, it may be why!Heidi is also unprofessional.

Our family of 4 were 'blacklisted' from renting and nearly left homeless by ray white Swan hill. We paid all bills and left the premises as agreed but still were given a bad reference. We tried to clear our name the manager only went into bat for their colleagues and made our life hell. We will never have anything to do with any Ray white ever again.
