Prices are really different on the shelf to on the register. We went to buy some hooks and other stuff and the prices are different like I said and it has happened to be so many times. I told them there was an issue and they blamed for it.

Literally the most disorganised store. I went in the day after Easter Monday to order a replacement pole for our 4wd awning. Didn't hear back from them. Had to chase up several times, got hung up on a few times, was on hold for over ten minutes cause they didn't tell each other I was on the phone, they closed the ticket and had to reopen it etc. Took them about a month to even let me know it was possible to order it and the price. Took another month to get it into store. Will not be returning.

They have started asking for donations on checkout. The tackle warehouse is close to this store and they don't harrass you for cash. Can the manager reply to this review if you stop asking for money? I will come back if you do stop asking.

A good little BCF. Well stocked. The main downfall is parking. Not an easy place to park and if the car park is full (only a couple of spaces) there isn't really anywhere else to park that is convenient.

Very helpful and professional young team. I called regarding an issue I was experiencing with my XTM solar blanket, and the team were quick to offer their help in resolving. As a result of their service, I raised a different issue I was experiencing with an Engel battery box. Again, the team was quick to help, checked the unit for me, and again, helped resolve (I was inserting a cable upside down into the Engel box - derp). This latter part overshadows the experience I had with the Jindalee team who were quick to tell me they couldn't help. Thanks to CJ, Matt, and the kind bloke out back.Recommend.

Great bcf! Multi level with a huge amount of options. Click and collect bay out the front as well as a great range inside. Heaps of things on display also- makes it easier to see what you’re actually trying. Super helpful staff and really friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience here :)
