Toni is a great trainer. She works with you to achieve the goals you are after. Her gym is perfect. She has everything you need and a brilliant boxer called Archie to keep you motivated!

Toni is an amazing trainer! She is always supportive and creates a fun environment while still holding you accountable and pushing you towards your goals. I originally started training with Toni at a big brand gym but the 3XL studio is so much better! The equipment is great. You can tell Toni really cares about all her clients and has created a great community in the new space, everyone is friendly and supports each other. She also has the best gym dog in the world - we love you Archie!

I have been training with Toni for two years now and I can honestly say it has been one of the best experiences.If you want a trainer who genuinely cares about you and your progress, gets excited with you when you succeed and holds you accountable you honestly couldn't do better.She doesn't push you to lift heavy weight just for the sake of it, it's all about form and getting it right.Toni has created a fantastic environment at 3XL!
