I was involved in a single vehicle accident which required minor smash repairs. Service at Gemini was fine with regular progress reports provided by staff. There were some unfortunate delays, but these were due to unavoidabke spare parts shortages.

The service I received from the team at Nerang was excellent.The car's repair status was consistently updated and it was completed and ready to drive home 3 days earlier than originally quoted.The few people I met onsite were extremely courteous and helpful.I need to give Tracey extra credit for being so kind and understanding whenever we spoke on the phone, or face to face.I highly recommend this business.Thanks againMel

I've had the misfortune of having to go to a repair shop twice in the last 6 months, however Gemini really made the experience as painless as possible, their customer service and communication throughout the process both times has been outstanding. Their attention to detail and finished work is perfect. They managed the repair from insurance claim to delivering the vehicle back home when I was away! I highly recommend this service

The job took awhile to complete but the end result is pretty impressive. I had panel work done the colour matching is perfect. Mechanical work done suspension etc, drives like new. Thanks team.
