Staff are very helpful with a vast knowledge of the products that they sell as well as the automotive/ engineering industry. Always plenty of stock, well priced and of great quality. If they don't have it in store they can order it in and usually go above and beyond to satisfy their customers requirements.

The boys at auto one are great. With old fashioned friendly service and they are always willing to order things in. Jamie is always smiling and i feel like his staff genuinely love working there. Its has a good atmosphere and this makes it a pleasure to shop there.

Spoke with Darren regarding a wiper blade for my daughter driving home from Melbourne in the rain today, offered to stay back, and even fitted it for her. Fantastic customer service. Would recommend to all.
