Beacon Lighting Bayswater

The worst when it comes to warranty.This is the second time I'm claiming for warranty (same problem), and both times they've made it as difficult as they could. The stores do not handle warranty, instead you're responsible for lodging a claim online. They then say 'you have to contact the manufacturer.' I work at JB, and our training states this is against the law; so maybe I'll follow this up...I'll be wearing the costs of an electrician to install new lights for the third time now. Never spending a cent at any Beacon again, and I'll be sure no one in my family does too. Luckily there are competitors to try.

Being disabled I couldn't get to the shop so I ordered online with the part coming from Bayswater. My light arrived the next day. The only thing they didn't do was to help me climb the step ladder to change it! Well done. Great service guys. Thanks.

The outstanding experience for me was their honest effort to go above and beyond in helping to solve your lighting needs. Twice we walked in and twice the personal service was exceptional.As of today you can buy online fittings easily, but there is something special to seeing them working. Another great reason to visit, them as the store has a great show room.

The service we got today was AMAZING. Casey in store really helped us with her advise and she went above and beyond to help us even though she could not have and gained a bigger sale. We then rang back and ordered over the phone with the manager who was also helpful. Highly recommended.

Not used to writing negative reviews but for the benefit of the community, i should. I'll start by saying what a contrast in customer service when compared to Beacon Lighting in Chirnside Park.I went in to exchange a set of faulty lights, the manager itself initially refused to exchange with one on display which I was happy to take until I really insisted that I need it urgently for my reno. What I really didn't appreciate is the rage she shown on the day by violently opening the box and walking away with lots of anger. I get it that everyone has a bad day but you had no rights to show such rage in front of my kids!!I left this shop, went to Chirnside Park, asked them if they were happy to exchange with one on display, they did it with a big smile!You've got some manners to learn and it is shame that you were the actual manager on the day, not really showing the best behaviours to your staff.

Roy was very helpful at Bayswater and rang another store to check if they had more stock for us. Lovely person to deal with! Thank u

Fantastic service a very polite and patient lady served us, easy parking right out side of the shop,and you can get across from Bunnings on a light change, and you can get out of the Beacon driveway , on a light Change so all good.we bought these $238 the. Pair.

Prompt and friendly service, plenty of stock in store.
