I was to be picked up from Barrow Creek Pub, but apparently they didn’t listen & sent the tow truck to Devils Marbles after making a few calls to find out where the towie was, my friend was sworn at & threatened by the husband that they would charge $50. Every time we rang again, that was a threat against a 76yr old lady. The tow truck eventually turned up that’s when I found out they went to the wrong address. Lucky to get 2 stars but they are both for the driver not the wife & husband

Driver refused to help unload the truck and being over 70 I couldn't manage it myself. He then returned the load to Bunnings.
