Within two hours on a Saturday morning you had answered my panicked call for help (a different vendor sending a text ON THE DAY to say they wouldn't be delivering the already paid for order???) and arranged for a delivery driver to drop off tables and chairs to seat all of the guests with no hesitations. I couldn't recommend you highly enough and will be letting everyone I know on the Sunshine Coast how amazingly helpful you were. Thank you again!

Extremely rude company to deal with, I enquired about a karaoke juke box hire a few months ago however they were not very helpful at the time so I booked elsewhere. I received a call today asking for payment, as I was confused as the company name I had booked with was different I asked him the amount and advised that I had already paid a deposit he became very rude and said well if I wouldn't give him credit card details and didn't know who I was booking with he would cancel it. I advised that I did not book with them and I would never book with them in the future due to how rude he was. I am so cross, I am surprised they are still in business if this is how they treat their customers. disgusting service. doesn't even deserve 1 star
