The Lady very rude I bought a set of sheets but wish I didn't because no smile no help when I asked questions I had to help myself will never go back if she has problems in her life it shouldn't be taken out on clients or if she doesn't like the job quit

Very Bad- I have visited this store multiple time, but always the staff is rude, extremely rude. I mean with this rudeness can some one do business. One staff lady, Not sure whether she is the owner or staff, but very rude. They have most of the stuff on sale as no one visit the store because of staff's rude ness. I'll never visit this store even if they give everything for free

Went in to ask for an item and purely could not give us the time of day it was a Friday night. Too busy chatting amongst each otherSo dissapointed as I have been In this shop during the week and the service was great..My friend and I were both dissapointed with the staff they just couldn't be bothered with us... Great place to shop but staff were a big let down! !!

Walk in today and greeted by a very rude staff on duty this morning Feb. 4, 2021 @1140 am She rudely told me i wasn't allowed to touch the sheets due to covid 19. I get that but say it nicely.I always go to Sheridan and they let me see and check the materials and they are alot better quality than what they sell in this shop anyway. Guess what dark haired woman? U just lost another customer today. All my beddings are Sheridan and will never set a foot again at Manchester Collection watergardens.

Rude staff: I went in today asking for a double size quilt cover. They didn't even check the computer or call around for me. The rude lady with the short white hair just said no no every one is out of stock. I walked out and called the airport west store and guess what they had what I wanted in stock. Such arrogant staff. You should be carful who you hire as there customer service was dreadful.

Extremely rude behaviour displayed by the young lady who was at the reception today at 1430hrs. Unfriendly and arrogant. Attitude was absolutely ridiculous. Staff like this young lady is shame for such a shop like Manchester...I have been so many Manchester shops, never had such a bad experience.This lady wasn’t even helping the customers to get things from the shelf...

Went to shop there the lady at counter was so rude and was busy chatting with others very friendly with them but not with me , not helpful at all . Would not recommend this store..
