Booked half hour in advance and waited more than an hour. Rang twice and told it was 5 minutes away. When the taxi arrived he picked up other people who booked after me because they had a longer fare. Walked home in the dark down puty road. Will never book again

I would like to take this opportunity to remind Singleton Taxico that taxis and their drivers are not exempt from road rules. In the last few weeks I have noticed them performing a lot of illegal parking and other dangerous road rule violations in and around school zones.Just as a reminder, I would like to point out some road rules and the associated fines and demerits applicable;Road Rule 132(2A) Drive across dividing lines to perform U-turn (School Zone), $457+, 4 Demerits.Road Rule 167 Disobey no stopping sign (School Zone), $344+, 2 Demerits.Road Rule 168 Disobey no parking sign (School Zone), $191+, 2 Demerits.Road Rule 171 Stop on/Near Pedestrian crossing (School Zone), $457+, 4 Demerits.Road Rule 192(2) Stop on/across driveway/other access to/from land, $275+, 0 Demerits.Road Rule 203(1) Stop in parking area for disabled, $587+, 1 Demerit.While ever your drivers continue to break these road rules and put myself in danger and those of the children in and around school zones, I wont be using your services again.

Waited at the taxi rank for 45 minutes, with my shopping, cancelled and pushed the shopping cart home in 20 mins, it'd be nice if you could tell us a waiting time at the initial booking. I can understand if you're busy you're busy but I could have made a decision whether to wait or walk if you're busy at the booking, instead of waiting for 45 minutes for nothing.

Do not rely on this taxi service because it WILL cancel on you last minute. The customer service team is lovely, helpful and kind. However, the cab service is, well, not great.

Waited an hour and a half to have them tell me no one is available and cancle my order

Hi everyone ,I am 43 and today is the worst day of my life cuz I hired taxico cab...can't explain enough in here , only I can say is rudeness is served with some attitude sauce. I wish I could give them negative 1000 but anyways . It's just one driver who turning this service to bad reputation. I had worst experience, Mae sure who ever book them check reviews,Customer service on the phone was good but experience with driver like equal to he'll.

Horrible experience almost every single time we have used it. Tonight we had called at 1.47am for pick up asap and was told that no one was on until 3am, alright we will wait until 3am. Get to 3.10am my partner rings only to be told that it was never booked and there is also a job before us at 3.30am and we will not get attended to until the job before us is completed. This is a joke and happens constantly. Singleton needs uber or some other ride share company if taxi co cannot handle being the sole transportation of the town. This is a typical experience for this company 100% do not recommend.

DO NOT USE. When we got in the car they locked all the doors. There was a second person in the passenger seat and it was not clear who she was. Drove us in the opposite direction down country roads in the pitch black, further away from our destination. When we questioned the driver, John, he got extremely aggressive swearing and slamming his breaks on telling us to get out and walk. Then preceded to drive extremely fast. Terrifying experience, should not be allowed to operate. This resulted in us having to call emergency services from the cab to make sure we got to our destination

4 times in 2 weeks I have had a capsule booking and had cars with no capsule arrive.On one occasion the driver even made me install the capsule myself.This has become ridiculous.

We had the minibus for 9 from Sydney Airport to Singleton and our driver Dave was the best. Stopped for us when needed was so helpful and accommodating, he was so good we asked for him to take us but 6 days later. Not enough stars ✨️ for Dave such an asset. Bus was comfortable too.
