Specsavers Optometrists - Casula
10/10 every single time I have visited Specsavers. Jade is one of the greatest customer service / receptionists i've seen (especially in a medical setting) and the optometrists are thorough and easy to talk to. The staff have always given individual advice based on my needs and are not pushy in selling more expensive products and add-ons. Could not recommend this place enough.

Highly recommend! It was my first time visiting optometrists in Australia and I was very nervous. Everyone of them (from front desk to consultation to eye checking) are nice and friendly that made me feel very comfortable! They tried their best to work out what’s the best for me and how to make everything happen on time as I was in rush for everything! Words cannot express how thankful am I ! A huge thank you and will definitely comeback for next time and will definitely recommend my friends to come!

For the last 4 or 5 times our family ordered glasses from this store, they never send us sms or call us to say our glasses are ready. Has been happening for last 1-2 years for last 4 or 5 orders for me and my family members. Every time we had to call and find the glasses are sitting there and when I say why didn’t you call me when it came, the only response they have is ‘oh sorry our system sent the sms, we are not sure why you didn’t get it’. Currently I’m waiting for my sons frame and it’s ready at the store but still they didn’t call us or sms us. It’s always we have to call them.Very inconvenient.

Specsavers Casula are amazing. Sam and Judy were great from the start and it was overall a great experience right through to picking up my glasses a few weeks later. Jade was great with frame selection and helped choose a comfortable frame whilst being stylish. Corinne was great during my eye test, explaining everything and helping me to understand my needs. Everyone was so professional and when I picked up my glasses Bree and Kajal were great. They explained everything and I loved my contact lens they arranged for me to trial as well overall I couldn't recommend Specsavers Casula highly enough.

The thing about Specsavers Casula is that they focus on customer service but when it comes to their quality they are very dismissive especially the store manager who makes you think she is trying to help but Nah... this 2 years of customer guarantee satisfaction is false after two weeks of purchase with scratches. I would go somewhere else.

Had my annual eye test at Specsavers Casula on 23/02/23. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Optometrist Fiona was most agreeable and completely understood my eyecare needs. Once again, the range of specs to choose from was vast and would suit any budget. Had my fitting on 07/03/23, and I was completely satisfied with my purchase of new computer glasses. As a repeat customer of Specsavers Casula, I am always impressed that there is never any 'hard sell' of their products, and that the entire staff exhibit great customer service.

My Optometrist Fiona was fantastic...very caring, thoughtful and made me feel very relaxed when having my eyes examined. My left eye showed signs of small retina holes, Fiona explained everything to me about the finding and arranged for me to see Dr Timothy Nolan at the Retina Clinic in Liverpool with a urgent referral to have the problem fixed. Fiona, Judy and all the staff at Casula specsavers were terrific and I have no hesitation in recommending them for your regular eye checks or if you are concerned about your eyes. Thank you so much from Gary and Karen. Xx
